What is the American E-Kart Championship?

The American E-Kart Championship (AEKC) powered by Monster Energy is the premiere electric karting series in North America. 

 

What makes the American E-kart Championship unique?

First of all, it is an all electric go kart racing series.  Second, the series offers practically anyone the opportunity to be a champion racer.  You do not need to own your own go kart to compete.  All of the equipment you need to race is provided for you.  All of the go karts are evenly matched.

Is AEKC a sanctioned racing series?

AEKC is the only electric go kart racing series in the US that is officially sanctioned by the World Karting Association (WKA). The WKA is part of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the governing body of motor sports worldwide,

Drivers can compete in qualifying rounds at tracks all across the country.

How much money can I win?

The total purse of the series is over $40,000​ every year.  The ​Grand Champion each year receives​ a $10,000 cash prize!
